This cache should be a little less likely to get muggled than its predecessor up on top. We recently archived that one due to ongoing issues. The best way to find this cache would be look for the yellow gate which marks the entry to the park. From here you can drive to the top and park at the parking coordinates in the summer. In winter, this road becomes a ski run so you'd be better off on skis or a board, but it's not very winter freindly. I'd suggest putting it off once the snow gets too deep.
