This is a two step cache. The first step is open the lock. The combination for the lock is 10-28-34 (very complicated) Then lift the lid on the display (psychological warfare).
Step 2 - Give up (the amount of time spent between step 1 and step 2 is up to you.) or, figure out how to reach the log book and claim the first to find prize.
