We're back for another go. Thursday continues to work well for these BBQ School "classes" so we'll keep it there. Due to other travel plans we're moving up from our usual first Thursday of every other month.
In addtion to coming for slow cooked meaty goodness, we'll be discussing our thoughts on the 50th anniversary of the moon landing and where the Klingons are hiding!
As many know, some foods on the menu tend to sell out early, so if there is something you must have probably best to call ahead and have it set aside. And for those of the legal age, there are adult beverage options. In addition to food there is an old school arcade. Perhaps there will be time enough for game or two of Galaga!
