The thirty-first in a series of caches I hope will bring attention to DC's wealth of "hidden" mural art.
In October, 2017 the NoMa BID sponsored a large mural adoring the western wall of the AVA NoMa apartment building, this was to date artist James Bullough's largest work spanning 13 stories.

James Bullough is an American born artist living and working in Berlin, Germany. Inspired by gritty urban graffiti as a young artist growing up in Washington, DC, Bullough harnessed its energy in his work, and perfected a realistic oil painting technique from his study of the Old Masters.
You want watch a 5 minute interview with artist and check out his work at www.JamesBullough.com.
As usual with these city hides, buildings can cause coordinates to seem off. Use your geosense. Please remember to use stealth, replace just as found, and don't forget your writing utensil -- enjoy!
