This month (June) *cough* slightly late we know :), the topic for discussion is Geocaching for health and/or fitness.
Geocaching helps people get out of the house, become part of a community and aids with both physical and mental health.
We personally started our Geocaching journey due to a recommendation from a PT to try something new. Since starting it has since helped Nick with reducing stress and helping with anxiety in the more recent years.
If you are someone who is new and wanted to attend your first event feel free to message us and we will make sure you are introduced to other cachers.

Stoke or Stafford - SOS - a monthly series of events, to allow cachers to get together to discuss all things caching. The events will be somewhere not too far from either Stoke or Stafford, or in between.
