This cache is place in accordance with the Kern River Valley Camp Out 2019.
This traditional geocache comes with an option of; finding as a regular hide, or, finding the cache and completing a challenge. If you decide to complete they challenge, I will add you to a HALL OF FAME for completion.
The challenge: Find at least one geocache in the Kern River Valley area which begins with each of the letters in the word KERNVILLE.
Rules:
1. The boundaries are Johnsondale Bridge to the North, Alta Sierra to the West, Walker Pass to the East, and Havilah to the South. As of now, you should be able to complete the challenge with active geocaches, but if a letter is missing within the boundaries you can skip that letter. Make a hypothetical circle with the boundaries. I will be lenient if its close.
2. The name of the cache needs to begin with the needed letter. Symbols and numbers will not count as starters. Example 001Kitecache would work for the letter "K".
3. Each letter of KERNVILLE needs to be represented with a unique geocache. There will be 2 L's and 2 E's.
4. If you want to be in the Hall of Fame, include all qualifying caches in your log with the GC number, date found, and cache name (in order). If you don't log this way I will not add your name to the hall.
5. A cache owner may use his or her own caches to qualify as long as they are published before Aug 3, 2019, or, fill in a missing letter.
6. You may use the first letter after KRV19. Example KRV19 Valley View will qualify for the letter V.
