The cache is placed on the property of the Berario recreation center.
I decided to make the cache a multi so that you will take time to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. You will also come across a few of the bunnies that roam around on the property while looking for the cache. Children will enjoy this cache, so bring them along. You can feed them, but only food that appears on the notices displayed at various locations on the property (see what the notices look like in the picture in waypoint 1). Don't forget to bring along some chopped carrots, broccoli or any other bunny treats, as listed on the notices. Take a leisurely stroll through the grounds, bring along your picnic basket and enjoy! I have never been stopped or interfered with on the terrain. If questioned what you are looking for: "We love bunnies and have come to feed them!" People come and go at their own pace, especially those attending gymnastic, music or any other class or training. I could not find out what the exact hours are that the recreation center is open or on which days. There are, however, activities evenings and weekends. The best time to look for the cache will be during normal office hours from 08h00 to 17h00.
The background image shows the view from the parking towards the first waypoint.
Waypoint 1:
Below is part of the notices regarding the bunnies that are displayed on the property at this waypoint. Read it and remember what you read, because you will need some of the information to solve the rest of the cache.

. . . . . . etc.
Waypoint 2:
The picture below is an example of the airbricks that you will find at this waypoint looking to the south-east. How many airbricks are there, counting only the bricks on the wall looking to the east next to the veranda? Do not go around the corner of the wall to count any other bricks. Use this in the calculation of the final coordinates.

Waypoint 3:
From waypoint 2 follow the route to waypoint 3 using the information in the diagram below. Point A in the diagram is the location of waypoint 2. The distance and bearing supplied are from waypoint 2 to waypoint 3. It is suggested that you use the information in the diagram to calculate the coordinates of waypoint 3.

At waypoint 3 (point B in the diagram), search for a clue that will take you to the final location. The search might be tricky.
When finding the clue, the following information will come in handy,
The value of AB and K is provided in the clue. You will understand how to use AB and K after you found the clue!
AB = (Number of airbricks minus 10)
K = (128 + the number of foods that will make the bunnies sick) .......beware there is a snag!
General:
The cache container is very small and you will have difficulty to remove the logsheet, unless you have a tool used to remove hair. Please ensure that the log sheet is replaced exactly as found and not just forced in. This is the only location where you have to be on the lookout for muggles that might surprise you, especially sitting on the benches close by.
I trust that you will enjoy looking for the cache and watch some of the cute bunnies roaming around!
