What: Ice cream social
Where: Fort Daniel Conservation Area Pavilion
When: Saturday, August 17th from 5:30p.m. until 6:30pm
It's time for our annual ice cream social! Please join us Saturday, August 17th at the pavillion at Fort Daniel for some ice cream and good conversation. As an added bonus, this year's event will be held on International Geocaching Day! Ice cream, spoons, napkins and water will be provided. We have the pavillion reserved all day, so if you would like to bring a picnic lunch or dinner, you can eat in the pavillion. We will again be purchasing individual ice cream cups, so please be sure to post your "Will Attend" so we can plan accordingly. We hope to see you there!
The gate to the park closes automatically at sunset, so all attendees must plan to exit before that time. (However, if you don't make it out before the gate closes and you get stuck in the park, you can get a free ride home in a police car and have to walk back the next morning to retrieve your vehicle. Ask us how we know...)
