La Cueva del Agua, más conocida como La Cueva de los Murciélagos, es una antigua mina explotada a finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX. En su interior se encuentra un lago de agua dulce, al que se llega a través de un corredor en el que se hace necesario el uso de linterna y de ropa adecuada y cómoda. Además es hábitat de 5 especies diferentes de murciélagos.
Estos murciélagos, al caer la noche, salen en busca de pequeños mosquitos para alimentarse. Debido a la gran extension de terreno que ocupa el pueblo de Torre Pacheco y a la proximidad de la zona agrícola, las luces de sus farolas atraen a todo tipo de insectos, lo cual permite que, por las noches, se puedan avistar cientos de murciélagos que acuden a alimentarse.
Dado que la cueva es un entorno protegido y hábitat de especies sensibles, no está permitido esconder un caché en ella. Pero si que podemos seguir el rastro de sus habitantes.
SOBRE EL CACHÉ
Para llegar desde la montaña hasta el municipio de Torre Pacheco los murciélagos tienen un pequeño tunel directo de pequeñas dimensiones para hacer mas rápido el trayecto. En este letterbox tendrás que averiguar por donde entran y salen los murciélagos, siguiendo su rastro desde las coordenadas iniciales.
Tendrás que ir con mucho cuidado parar no asustarlos ni levantar sospechas, pues son muy escurridizos y pueden morder. Pueden estar en las alturas o a ras del suelo, dependiendo de lo cansados que estén o de la cantidad de mosquitos que hayan comido.
En el contenedor final encontrarás un cuño, que NO es un objeto de intercambio.
