Whittlesey Town Centre has about 30 caches of various types and it is getting very hard to find an available location for new ones. As my semi-serious mission to make the whole of Whittlesey covered by overlapping 528'; circles seems to be working, I have had to move a little further afield!
This is a fairly easy to find cache so I don't think you're going to need any further clues.
