17blonde, andronn and I were hiking around Broom Hill for our morning constitutional, and at about the furthest point on the trail before looping around to start heading to our starting point again. We'd just checked on 17blonde's cache Glad You Came, and were jauntilly heading down the trail looking for a place to drop a new cache when suddenly andronn stopped dead in his tracks and clapped his left ear. He'd just turned his head at the right angle and the wrong time to allow a sharp stick to jab him hard straight in the ear, puncturing his ear drum (we didn't actually get a confirmation of that until later at a clinic).
Trooper that our andronn is, though, he insisted that we still drop a few caches on our way back. 
So here's an ear bug (sorry) for you, andronn... maybe a "huh?" for the younger crowd, but for our (well, my) vintage, a throwback to a hit from good ol' days of rock. It's a gentle nudge towards the object you're looking for to start your search.
