Geocache Description:

Which city residents do not like parks. These are the oases of concrete deserts - places where you can lie down in a wooden shade in a cool peace and enjoy a good book or just watch the birds, squirrels and ducks. Everyone loves parks. Of course, this is why the new series of articles will be devoted to the impressions of wandering through the largest and most beautiful parks in Riga. The first of these is the oldest park in Riga, Viesturdārzs. Naturally, the face of this park is published in the Song Festival Week because, as is known to many and not many, its second name is the Song Festival Park, thanks to the I General Latvian Singing Festival held there in 1873.
