This geocache is placed at Paynes Creek Historic State Park. The state park is open from 8 am until sunset 365 days a year, a state park entrance fee is required. This bridge is still closed until repairs are done, however the cache is still accessible without going on or across the bridge.
Cache is placed along the HistoricTrail of the park, a small scenic trail that will take you along the Payne Creek and Peace River. Wildlife can be see such as various birds, snakes, otters, etc.
