Welcome to a rather lifeless part of Whitewater- the undeveloped suburb of Medowview Court. Like a few other parts of town, such as the Hwy 12 bypass bridge ("The Bridge to Nowhere"), this vacant area is a present day reminder of the 2008 housing market crash. Perhaps this nice little court will be utilized sometime in the future, but for now, it sits empty- except for a single geocache located within. Actually, that's kind of cool- what a huge space for a lone geocache, right?
This cache should be avalible year round, but will require more of a hike in the winter- the city does not plow this road. Therefore, during winter months give this cache an extra star for terrain.
