W 1337 roku jest w posiadaniu synów Henninga von Wulkow oraz rodziny von Dornstedt(Dornstette). W 1355 roku potwierdzenie nadania własności na rzecz cystersów z Kołbacza. Od 1492 roku aż do XVII wieku jest w posiadaniu rodu von Strutze vel Strausze vel Strausz lub von Strauss, właścicieli dóbr Wojcieszyce i Różanki leżących w okolicach Gorzowa Wlkp. W 1700 roku jest w posiadaniu rodu von Hanff, by w 1740 przejść na własność rodziny von Beerfelde. Prawdopodobnie ojciec Friedricha Wilhelma stawia barokowy dwór.
