This is likely the second most scenic GZ in this area, and the hardest to get to in that it involves crossing at least one stream and a bit of a hill climb. It is worth it, though.
When you arrive at GZ you will be about 30 feet or so above Overshot Run. On your way up the hill, you will see a rock formation that is worth a look and maybe a stop. The sounds of the stream will make your journey more pleasant. The huge fallen tree has some interesting hollow spots. The area around GZ will invite you to relax and take a break, have a snack and a drink, and savor the peaceful environment. When I placed this cache, I spent way more time up here than I needed to. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. If you are going after all of the current caches in this area of Loch Raven, you have quite a day ahead of you!
Coordinates were all over the place on my visits here. I think the description and the hint will get you to where you need to be. Container is a small lock-n-lock. The locking tabs might come off, but they just snap back in, so no worries. Please rehide very well. I will delete Found It logs if the cachers name is not on the log and/or they have not contacted me prior to logging.
Below is a view of the Overshot Run trail crossing near the cache.
Congratulations to flamingo girl, Snowsox, and GnomeGCer for co-FTF.
