Bruce Ridge Nature Reserve is quite a nice bush location, we are lucky here in Canberra to have such great places to visit. There is no shortage of trails through the area, 85% of the trails here are mountain bike trails but there is lots of walking and fire trails too.
This cache is located along a relatively flat part of the reserve away from the MTB trails and if not for the nearby traffic noise from would be almost peaceful! Still, its a nice easy enough walk from the given trail head, I do not recommend doing this direct from the road with the poor parking and fence!!! Dogs are welcome in the reserve but must stay on a leash.
