The house of Elrond can be found at the foothills of the Misty Mountains and lay beside a hurrying stream amid the pine scented air of Imladris. This is where the Fellowship of the Ring began in book one of the trilogy Lord Of The Rings by JRR Tolkien.
The four micro caches in this series are; Rivendell GC8BF3, Fields of Rohan GC8BF4, The Road to Isengard GC8BFB and The Forbidden Pool GC8BF6.
All five LOTR caches can be reached by biking or hiking from either of the recommended parking lots.
