Shiritori is a word game from Japan.
Players say a word that begins with the last letter (or hiragana, katakana, kanji in Japanese,) from the previous word.
The rules are simple;
- you cannot repeat a word (this rule can be pretty relaxed as there become more logs)
- you must only use nouns.
- words must be 4 letters or longer
Here's an example: geocache -> echo -> omelet...and so on...
There are more rules if the game is played in the Japanese language, but we're sticking to words using the A-Z alphabet. Foreign words are allowed as long as they are made with this alphabet.
The word Shiritori quite literally means "taking the end" or "taking the rear." I can recall playing this game (in English) on long road trips and with friends.
Let's start the word chain using each previous log! Participating in the word chain is not a requirement to log this cache, just a fun addition to an average park and grab hide.
The first word is SIGNAL
BYOP for this cache. As always, replace as found and use stealth! This area can get busy.
