Placed in the beautiful Jewel Basin, this cache is located at the junction of two trails: Noisy Creek Notch and Alpine trails. These trails combined form a loop from the Camp Misery trail head. The entire loop is about 5.3 miles and is considered a moderate hike with an elevation gain of 1,325 ft. This hikes offers great views, and the most wild flowers I have ever seen. You can bring along your kids and you dogs. You can even vernture off the main loop and take a short side trip to the Picnic Lakes and Black Lake. No motorized vehicles alowed.
The cache is a bison tube hidden in the usual fashion and should be easy enought to find. A hint should not be necessary, but since the is no cell signal, I will leave one just in case. Have fun!!!
