Welcome to the Abbott Ranch Bison Roundup. You will need to roundup and herd your bison to the corral. Each bison has an ear tag. Keep track of the number on the tag. You will need that number to get to the corral.
Abbott Ranch Fire Lane was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps stationed at Camp Globe. Prior to 1933, the Clark County Forest would burn over every few years. This and other fire lanes provided access for fire fighting.
Abbot ranch road is a single lane gravel road. As of August, 2019, the road was in good driving condition for all vehicles.
