Plantasjan (The Park) Multi-Cache

This Multi-cache will lead you into the park which most of the locals simply call Plantasjan, albeit its official name is Viðarlundin. The first trees in the park were planted in the first decade of last century, but around Christmas in 1988 a hurrycane caused a lot of damage and most of the trees were destroyed. In the following years the park was reestablished and new trees were planted.

Begin at the starting point (N 62° 0.810' W 6° 46.594'). Near the starting point is a small colorful cottage. If you take a closer look, you'll see a two digit number on the cottage - number X.

Follow the path by the river into the park and then go to stage 2 (N 62° 0.985' W 6° 46.824'), and after that to stage 3 (N 62° 1.017' W 6° 46.869').  Check the waypoints for further information.

When you have obtained the numbers needed at stage 1 (X), 2 (Y) and 3 (Z), you are ready to calculate the coordinates of the geocache itself:

ABC =  (X) x 2. Remember to put a 0 in front of the two digit result.

DEF = (Y -1005) + Z.
