Piliakalnis įrengtas Virėkštos ežero PR krante esančioje atskiroje kalvoje, apsuptoje šlapių pievų – greičiausiai buvusioje ežero saloje. Aikštelė ovali, pailga ŠR–PV kryptimi, 70x55 m dydžio, iki 0,8 m aukščio aukštesniais galais. Joje yra kultūrinis sluoksnis su grublėta keramika. Šlaitai vidutinio statumo, 5–6 m aukščio. Piliakalnį apardė jo aikštelėje nuo XIX a. esančios 2 sodybos, prie jų esantys daržai, sodai. Piliakalnis datuojamas I tūkst. viduriu – antrąja puse. Pasiekiamas iš Urviniškės–Naujojo Daugėliškio kelio, Senajame Daugėliškyje pasukus į kairę (ŠV), už 250 m (yra dešinėje).
