Did you know that All Roads Lead To Palestine? If you don't believe me, just look at the ALRTP Cache Series (link to public bookmark list). Palestine is the host city for the Lone Star Roundup 2019, and as you see when you look at a map, All Roads Lead To Palestine. US287, US84, US79, Texas155, Texas19, FM322, FM315, FM323, FM320, FM2419, FM1990 are the highways, plus the myriad of county roads.
Somewhere in or on some of those cache containers you can find the missing portions of the coordinates for this cache.
Some caches may have one of the needed portions of the solution in the form like A:123 or C:129. You just need to find the particular four caches that have the needed clues. To make the odds a bit better, there are multiple caches with each part of the solution - a few each of the A, B, C & D parts of the puzzle - scattered among the ALRTP cache series. Good luck!
