South East Idaho's First. The cache is hidden below the Teton Dam
above Newdale. From the cache you can see what's left of the Teton
Dam, and the cement spill-way.
This cache contains a post-card exchange, so take a post card or
two to trade. Also while you are out there watch for wildlife. We
saw a herd of six deer. Please be considerate when walking around,
not to trample anything. If you find yourself facing a big climb
upwards (ie coming from the Teton River itself), you’ve come the
wrong way. You shouldn’t have to climb anything. Have fun, and
