This cache takes you to SPC Mathew G. Boule Memorial Park on Lakeview Ave in Dracut. This small memorial park offers a beautiful view of Beaver Brook with picnic tables and benches.
At 22 years old, Spc. Mathew Boule was Massachusetts’ first casualty of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His mother had set up a GoFundMe page to help create this memorial. After you make the find, it is worth checking out the plaque on the monument in the center of the park to learn more about Spc. Mathew Boule. I especially love the unique fence around it.
There is a small pencil in the cache for signing the log, and as always, use stealth and replace as you found.
original contents of the cache:
2 turtle charms, 3 clay charms, a Wizard of Oz arcade coin, a pink shell, and an "emwheezie token."
Happy Caching!
