Geocache is not at the listed coordinates but in the 7 Dams Conservatory. Access to the Conservatory is limited to members who pay an annual fee on 7dams.co.za alternatively, if you are from out of town and will only be in town for a short while, you can contact a local cacher and make an arrangement for access. It's a great place to take the dogs for a walk, go biking or hiking and view all the flaura and fauna.
To find this cache, you'll need to know a bit about Bloemfontein's rugby history. In 1995, during the World Cup, Bloemfontein hosted a number of games, one of which was a record breaking loss suffered by Japan (17) against New Zealand (145). Remember that this isn't 7s rugby. At least Japan scored some tries. Anyway, you can find the cache at S 29° j.(a3)hk' E 26° kj.i0(a2)'
This cache is part of Bloemfontein's first geoart series. This cache is also part of 30 (now more) I am placing in a month to celebrate my 30th birthday and how geocaching has made some of those 30 years so much more enjoyable.(35/30)
