The village of Ulim appears in documents as early as 1316. While the first temple until 1797 was a branch of the Lutheran parish from Deszczno, the second one - preserved to this day - already served as a "mater" for the surrounding towns - including branches in Łagodzin, Dzierżów and those not preserved in Zieleńce and Prądocin.
