This is a new challenge. I made a mistake thinking Incheon only had 9 gu in my old Incheon Challenge. If you signed that log, but didn't log a find, you may still log it even after it is archived.
This Geocache is at posted coordinates, but you must qualify for the challenge to log the find. This is a challenge to have found at least one cache of any type in every area in Incheon. There are 10 gu or gun in Incheon and each one has its own little difference. I hope that you enjoy wandering around Incheon as much as I have. You may sign in to this challenge before you qualify, and then log a find when you do. You can verify that you qualify for this challenge by running the checker posted below.
