Boise National Forest Kiosk--Tamarack Falls.
I found this spot when my husband and son were fishing off the bridge; what a nice little area to spend some time at!
This road will take you back to Cascade (the "scenic" route), but there are some nicely hidden caches along the way.
The cache container is a hide-a-key with a log and tiny pencil; It has a weird lid, so please make sure it snaps securely in place when returning it.
