Yes, you will earn a souvenir and a FTF for helping out a good cause
The usual hazards apply, please be wary of rattlesnakes also, dogs are allowed but on leashes.
There will be a ranger giving a short speech on safety, so please be on time, as they will also hand out trash bags and gloves, which you are, to put in the trash cans around the park, once you are done.
There may be some homeless people around also, please do not remove anything of theirs or disturb them
Please wear sensible clothing and shoes, there is alot of uneven ground.
Please log a will attend as soon as possible and if you will need a park pass for the day, then I can get an idea how many cars will need a pass, as it's $10.00 if you don't have a pass already, I will make a announcement when I know if they are giving us free passes.
You may even want to bring your kayak to cool off later in the day, and or bring a picnic lunch, there is also a local pair of Bald Eagles that live nearby, so maybe you will get lucky and see them!
