CHPS = Changhua Park Series.
It's not because these parks have some special features. They are just some neighborhood parks. I just hope that more caches can attract more geocachers to visit Changhua.
We don't have very convenient public transportation here in Changhua, but there are parking lots and Youbike stations near most of the parks. Therefore, you can visit here by car, Youbike, or even rental scooters.
