Located along the southern boundary of Montana State University, this cache is placed in recognition of the students, staff, and faculty that contribute to the character of Bozeman and the surrounding communities.
No bushwhacking is necessary. Follow the fence in from the west and the cache will be easy to find. The area to the east is steep and may contain running water depending on the season. Watch your step and keep an eye on young cachers in your group. There is no need to go inside the fence perimeter!!
Over the years, we’ve enjoyed many of the challenging and ingenious hides place by local cachers. This is the first in a series of caches we intend to distribute throughout the county to show our appreciation. Enjoy!
The nascent cache contains $1 for the first to find and a travel bug that needs to put on some more miles. A pencil is provided, and there is room for small trade items.
