Another one to find in the downtown area of San Diego, especially when you have those nice lunch breaks on jury duty.
This is another downtown virtual cache for you all. When you find the spot you will get credit for the by telling me:
1. What is the name on the building?
2. What is the number on the bottom of the plaque?
3. What building is directly north of the location?
4. EXTRA CREDIT (you will get credit without this but...) What was the building used for 23 years ago?
