This is a virtual cache with a interesting find, drive to this location, stop, put your car in neutral and see what happens. And no, you won't go plummeting off a cliff. As always, be safe and watch for other cars and joggers.

Coming from Adobe Road direction and what appears to be the bottom of the hill, and next to a power pole on your left, this is where to stop. This cache site is an optical illusion, so when you are getting close look at the road, it seems like you are going down hill then you stop by the pole. If you find the place you can turn around and redo it again, so you get the illusion
