We're back for another go for our "usual" Thursday BBQ School "classes" and back on the first Thursday of every other month schedule.
In addtion to coming for slow cooked meaty goodness, y'all have a reading assignment of a book I read WAAAAAAAAAY back in Junior High School. Not exactly a perfect match given the location and setting, but you can learn a bit about hog butchering and farm family life.

As many know, some foods on the menu tend to sell out early, so if there is something you must have probably best to call ahead and have it set aside. And for those of the legal age, there are adult beverage options. In addition to food there is an old school arcade. Perhaps there will be time enough for game or two of Galaga!
