This is the twenty first in a series of midweek regular meets in the centre of Leeds. Zoe94, matthewgibbs and I have decided to try and get a regular event off the ground. This is an informal get together of geocachers to chat about all things caching and non-caching, and the seventh in the series that I have hosted.
The event will be at Veritas, 43-47 Great George St, Leeds LS1 3BB from 18:30 to 20:30, but I'm sure a few people will stay longer than that. We're a friendly bunch, so cachers old and new are welcome. If you haven't been to an event before, drop me a message beforehand and I'll look out for you. Hopefully we'll be obvious to find.
How to get there:
By train - Leeds railway station is about a 15 minute walk from the venue, using the main entrance.
By bus - Leeds City Bus Station is a 15 minute walk away. Many busses also stop nearby on The Headrow, which is a short walk from the veneeu.
By car - There are a number of streets within 15 minutes walk of the venue with free parking after 18:00 (Trafalgar Street, Byron Street, Gower Street, Lower Brunswick Street to name a few). The closest multi storey is probably University of Leeds MSCP, which is £1.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours) after 17:00 and around a 5 minute walk away.
The venue serves food until 9pm. Current menu can be found online.
I look forward to seeing you there!
