STEALTH REQUIRED SINCE THIS IS A POPULAR AREA

Despite our high real-estate prices and threats of earthquakes and the occasional mediocre seasons from the Giants, 49ers, et cetera, we do have one thing going for us. It seems like every day is 72 degrees out and sunny. Hope it is when you find this one.
