Lærdalsfjorden

Lærdalsfjorden er ein fjordarm på sørsida av Sognefjorden i Lærdal kommune. Den strekker seg 9 kilometer sørøstover til Lærdalsøyri. Fjordåpningen ligg mellom Sva i sør og Fodnes i nord. På sørsida ligg fjellet Grånosi og på nordsida fjellet Vetanosi. Lærdalselva munner ut i fjorden ved Lærdalsøyri.

The Lærdalsfjord is a fjordarm on the south side of the Sognefjord in the municipality of Lærdal. It extends 9 kilometers southeast to Lærdalsøyri. The fjord opening is located between Sva in the south and Fodnes in the north. On the south side is the mountain Grånosi and on the north side the mountain Vetanosi. The Lærdalselva flows into the fjord at Lærdalsøyri.
