Phil says Beer Traditional Cache

This easy cache for everyone.   Caches close to bars are certainly a Phil Beer favorite type of hide..  I hid this before he could hide one here himself, so this is a tribute to him.  He is a nice guy and welcomed me into geocaching, when I did not know any cachers.  Thanks Phil.
