This cache brings you to the village of Skalochori. An old mountain village.
In the narrow roads you can find many water taps, over hundred years old.
Some of them have Arabic inscriptions. Lesvos was part of the Ottoman Empire until 1912.
The Turkish used the Arabic alphabet until end 1928. Then Ataturk forbid to use it any longer.
You have to walk along the different waypoints (a walk of less than 3 kms) and connect each water tap to the corresponding picture. On this picture is a value from 0 to 9.
You need these values to calculate the final stage.
The coordinates are not very precise, but you can recognize a water tap even from 10 m.
This cache shows you only part of the water taps in the village.
