Please replace the container with the lid at the top and the loop at the bottom.
If the container has been replaced too high or upside down, It is possible to use a piece of coat hanger type wire with a right angle bend and on the side of the container push the wire past the container then turn the wire so that it is across the end and pull the cache down.
