There are many geocaches hidden along creek and river reserves in and around Melbourne and other cities and towns.
You are invited to come along and help preserve one such area.
A map can be found on the cache page but the areas being targetted will be determined on the day, depending on the number of volunteers present.
A weed control day with the Friends of Eumemmerring Creek.
Come along and help beautify the creek reserve.
Friends of Eumemmering Creek will have a trailer and a few gardening tools but you are requested to bring gloves and any tools suitable for digging up weeds.
Please bring sunscreen, water and wear appropriate clothing.
Take care near the creek!
Please note: there are no public toilets in this area, the nearest facilities are a little further along Princes Highway, at some of the service stations and food outlets.
Parking may be limited close to GZ so if possible you are requested to carpool.
