Do not park along the road. Park at provided parking and walk to the top on the well-maintained path. Please visit the high point as well.
We make choices throughout our lives. When we first moved here over 25 years ago, we considered building a house in this area like some of the ones you might see below you - not the castled estate. But that would require some life choices. Instead, we bought a house in Lancaster County. I can't see my house from here, but I can see the general area. And I can look down the Susquehanna River and remember so many adventures. The life choices have worked out well.
The small container is nestled under a place to sit here. After you sign the log and put the container back in its hiding spot, maybe take a few minutes to ponder your life choices. And be sure to visit the high point as well.
