Geocache Description:

These initial GZ coordinates have you at the northern Ending of Wolfe Rd (maybe the beginning? anywho...), with this park adding insult to injury with the name of the other road. I didn't fancy finding somewhere to hide a cache around this location (yet, anyway... it does seem nice!), and DID, in fact, fancy a different location. Those cachers that enjoy puzzles *may* have their wheels turning already, but even then, you may have to humor me to find the exact coordinates.

You should find a sign at or below knee level, where you can begin to find your needed information as follows:

All the phone numbers at the bottom of the sign, among them is a 2-digit number that appears 4 times; invert it for A&B

Up to the top of the sign; the first line with numbers, take the digit between the zeros for C

Go straight down several lines to another string of SMC numbers, and take this digit between the zeros for D

EFG are easily provided by the last three in the strings of SMC numbers that appears the most frequently.

HIJ are provided by the last three in the final string of SMC numbers in the sign, but then update your J by adding I's value to it.

K&L are the digits surrounding C or D that you found before.

Speaking of C, that digit appeared another time in that first string of numbers; use the number beside it for M

Back down to the phone numbers, and for N, find the digit that appears twice in the first phone number, but only once in the others

Finally, use the penultimate digit at the bottom of the sign for O

Second Stage is located at AB°CD.EFG -HIJ°KL.MNO

               Checksum = 48

This location is fairly opposite the northern-most address on Wolfe Road. I have never really taken to it, but it is also the site of quite a lot of fun. Meanwhile, for our own fun, you should find another, larger sign here. This sign happens to have 26 digits on it, so I labeled them A to Z from top to bottom when reading the sign. However, there is one digit that does not appear in this alphabet – marked with the “?” in the coordinates below:

Final GZ for the geocache is at DC°WW.GEL -AWW°OP.?SJ

                              Checksum = 40

Small amount of room for trackables/tradables, started with an Incredible Hulk eraser and a wooden FTF token for the speedy individual.
whew, my first hide that didn't have a rapid FTF, so I was kept in suspense - turns out a single FTF token was way insufficient, but big thanks and congrats to nozy nabor, kittyshrink, lmt000, laurba, Camper03 & Mrs Camper!
