This is intended to be a simpler puzzle cache and was inspired by one I came across several months ago. I'm borrowing the idea with that CO's permission. To find this cache, just identify what all of the above statements have in common.

There is nothing tricky with the hide, but see the hint if you need it.

Congrats to @dugfresh for FTF on this cache!

Unrelated to the cache:  I grew up in the 80's and 90's so thought it would be fun to name any caches I hide after movies, songs, etc. from that era. "Signs" was first released by the Canadian rock group Five Man Electrical band in 1970 as a B-side track. They re-released the song a year later as an A-side and it reached #3 on the U.S. Hot Billboard 100 chart. Many listeners, including myself, might be more familiar with the Tesla cover of the song released in 1990, which peaked at #8. The original lyrics were written by band member Les Emmerson while riding along route 66 in California. He couldn't help but notice how much the beautiful scenery was obstructed by all the billboards.
