This is a reupload of a cache originally hid by LaughingTerry on 4/25/09. I originally found it on 8/1/11 and again on 8/2/15 with my son Patrick_joseph. Unfortunately, the cache was reported missing and was archived on 4/26/16.
However, my son found the cache is this past August 2019 while kayaking around the lake. He was so surprised and contacted the original cache owner. He did not want to un-archive the cache and gave us the opportunity to take it over and care for the cache.
The cache is on an Island on Flying pond that will require a canoe or kayak to go to. The island is referred to by some by Double Island or Figure-8 Island due to the sister island that it connects to depending on the height of the lake. The easiest way to get it is to dock right where the coordinates are and climb up right there. You may get your feet wet due to the rocky and uneven shore.

This is my second kayak cache. I will be putting out several this summer since I love to kayak. This is on a small island on Flying Pond. It will be a relatively easy find since the island is rather small. You will have to get out of the canoe or kayak for this one.
