We so enjoyed the Peter Pirate series that we used the cache-copy machine to copy off the Kev-Man...the Kev-meister... the kvenator's cool cache idea!! (🏴☠️Russ and Dana🏴☠️... makin' cache copies

This cache was placed by kayak and it is recommended it be retrieved by boat. Access may not be permitted over land and/or the cache may not be retrievable without a boat.
Boating hours are 6am-9pm (gates close at 10pm)
Don't have a boat?
The new Lake Olathe Park marina and swim beach recently opened in July 2019.
The marina rents canoes, kayaks and paddle boards from 11am-6pm (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Paid admission to the swimming beach is also required. You can find out more about rentals and the new beach here.
Have your own boat?
Park and launch on the west side of the lake (see waypoint).
No permit is required for kayaks/canoes (it's free as of summer 2019). Motorized craft require a KS license.
