Crkvica sv. Martina podignuta je na brijegu između Bobovišća i Milne na streteški važnom mjestu koje omogućava pregled akvatorija od Splitskih vrata do Hvara i Visa. Jednobrodna crkva s polukružnom apsidom po proporcijama i oblikovanju pokazuje odlike zrele predromanike. Jednostavno kameno pročelje na vrhu ima zidanu preslicu s trokutastim zabatom iz 14. st. Crkva je presvođena polukružnim svodom bez pojasnica, a zidovi su raščlanjeni širokim plitkim nišama. Nad oltarom je renesansni kameni reljef, rad radionice Nikole Firentinca, s prikazom sv. Martina na konju i prosjaka. Zalazak sunca je ovdje sjajan. Uživajte u tome uz bocu vina.

Die Kirche St. Martin wurde auf dem Hügel zwischen Bobovišće und Milna an einem strategisch wichtigen Ort errichtet, der die Inspektion der Gewässer von Split nach Hvar und Vis ermöglicht. Eine einschiffige Kirche mit einer halbrunden Apsis in Proportionen und Formen zeigt die Qualitäten einer reifen vorromanischen Kirche. Die einfache Steinfassade oben hat ein Mauerwerk mit einem dreieckigen Giebel aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, die Kirche ist mit einem halbkreisförmigen Gewölbe ohne Gürtel ausgekleidet und die Wände sind durch breite flache Nischen unterteilt. Über dem Altar befindet sich ein Renaissance-Steinrelief, das Werk der Werkstatt von Nikola Florentin, mit der Darstellung des hl. Martin zu Pferd und Bettler. Der Sonnenuntergang ist hier großartig. The Church of St. Martin was erected on the hill between Bobovišće and Milna in a strategically important place that enables the inspection of the waters from Split gates to Hvar and Vis. A single nave church with a semicircular apse in proportion and shape shows the qualities of a mature pre-Romanesque. The simple stone facade at the top has a masonry with a triangular gable dating from the 14th century. The church is lined with a semicircular vault without belts, and the walls are divided by wide shallow niches. Above the altar is a Renaissance stone relief, the work of the workshop of Nikola Florentino, with the depiction of St. Martin on horseback and beggar. The sunset is great here. Enjoy this with a bottle of wine.
