Take exit 20 off I-91 and drive toward the cache, park in the small off-road area.
The Westfield Falls Small Cache is only 2 or 3 hundred feet off the road but it’s steep and dangerous. It’s not meant for small children. After a rain the falls are spectacular but let the ground dry, as you’ll be climbing slippery rocks and almost vertical ground.
The cache has the normal assortment of treasures but the location is the reason for it's placement. This little rock and river formation took thousands of years to look this way, take a few minutes to walk around and enjoy it. If you’re good, this will only take 15 or 20 minutes to complete but plan a little time to see the falls and explore the switchback in the brook.
